Catalyst Project Solutions provides two types of pricing models: hourly and retainer.

We understand that every organization has unique funding needs. Our hourly rates offer the flexibility and expertise you need to achieve your goals without the commitment of a deliverable-based contract. 

An hourly rate may be right for you when you need flexibility, potential scope fluidity, cost control for smaller tasks, and transparency. The hourly rate is $175 per hour.

Catalyst Project Solutions offers flexible retainer-based service packages designed to meet your unique needs. All retainer packages include a monthly strategy session, priority response times, and customized service plans to align with your mission and funding goals. 

Retainer packages:

Starter – 10 hours/month – Ideal for organizations with occasional needs - $1,500/month - save $250 over the hourly rate. 

Growth – 20 hours/month – Perfect for those pursuing multiple opportunities - $3,000/month; save $500 over the hourly rate.

Impact – 40 hours/month – Best for high-volume or complex portfolios - $6,000/month - save $1,000 over the hourly rate. ***Biggest cost savings***

Additional hours or time for project-based work can be added as needed at $175/hour. 

All retainer packages include a monthly strategy session, priority response times, and a customized scope of work to align with your mission and funding goals. 

Terms: Clients make at least a 3-month commitment. Hours do not carry over to the next month.
